I gave his respone a VOTE - you should too:)Only thing I can add is keep this easy for your company:- Tenant rents are deposited into YOUR company account- Require ownership partners to open a partnership bank account your company will send owner draws to.

It's just easier to invest closer to home.

Investing on the Big Island is great if you have a plan, but can be daunting due to all of the rules and regulations for renting a home.

There’s lots of confusion, incorrect information, and false assumptions being made about the legality of raising capital for investment.

I finished Brandon Turners book on rental property investing and am currently reading David Greene's book for long-distance investing!

I am working on learning all I can about Multi-Family property investing.
