I transitioned from the middle service (annual) to the most basic service (monthly) a month ago.They charged me an extra fee for their inspections services- which I never asked for and did not want.

Seems like a lot of money to get one but our STR in Indiana was placed in service spring of 2025 and pretty sure it qualifies as non passive.  

The Build Your Investing Team is not a paid service, it is a way to connect you to resources that will help you get started; whether it be an agent, lender, etc.

My original goal was to get set up with a self directed IRA, since I don't have a "proper" pension (got out of the military before I hit time in service for pension).  

We were in MA, same kind of driveway,  put the trash cans in the back of the vehicle and drive them to the top for trash service.

I have done several and have always been told you can only do them the year you put them into service.

That's how we keep these services going!
