A poor foundation should be an immediate red flag and should eliminate many properties from your search UNLESS you get it at a steep discount and have had a qualified professional look at the issue, and provide you a quote/analysis.I'm not saying every foundational issue is an immediate no, but if you are inexperienced you should be extra cautious.
