I would find a good agent there that invests in properties and is used to working with investor clients as well.

It has lots of features that I've really liked, and more - especially if you’re unhappy with some of the tools or processes you’re using today with managing your property.

The annual rental management is really about lease and property management - getting the tenants to do what they are supposed to do per the lease. 

We always wanted to invest in properties and I have been reading BP forums and some are truthfully awesome stories while some are horrible experiences from first timers..
