That's the criteriaNow ... some super rough estimated numbers ... usually you can depreciate maybe 25-30% of the purchase price, but a CPA will tell you better how you only renting one side affects this.

Whether or not it’s advisable in places where it is allowed depends on the situation IMO.If you’re talking about simply needing someone to write a contract or manage the paperwork for a transaction that is super easy, then it might make sense to keep it simple with one agent.
