Anthony, as others have said, the rookie mistake is buying in a high crime area and thinking your tenant pool will not have higher maintenance,  vacancy and evictions than buying in a better neighborhood.

@Kay Nemen you're making typical rookie mistake of ASSUMING that all PMCs provide the same services and EXECUTE those services exactly the same way.You're solely focusing on costs instead of HOW their PROCESSES will effectively manage your investment.So, you'll get exactly what you pay for - good or bad.

Its a site for direct booking so you make the rules and requirements, you take payment by however you want - cash, check, Venmo, Zelle, or regular credit cards if you are set up with Stripe, Square or one of the other processors.
