It is unlikely you place a tenant in noticeably less than 2 months.I claim less than 2 months’ rent is having tenant take advantage of you and that at 2 months you are still likely to have expense that you would not have if the tenant fulfilled their lease duration.Good luck

And of course it has worked incredibly well on the money raising side.. what I see happening is a very natural progression with someone who has the visibility and popularity as Brandon.. it takes a huge support staff and fulfillment team to create what we are seeing.I think you are on to something.I think Brandon's role is not necessarily to find the deal or to manage the deal.

With a land contract the buyer agrees to fulfill certain obligations (like pay a certain amount of money) by a certain date before the seller will transfer title to them.
