You can do this yourself for free by surfing the net for "best credit card deals." 

I consider myself a BP Thoroughbred in the sense that I hopped on here 8 years ago not knowing anything about RE but through countless hours of podcasts, forum surfing, meetups, and networking I've created a portfolio I'm very proud of for my young family. 

There are many good markets to choose from, but if you like surfing or the mountains, living in Kansas might not be for you.
