I don't know if your seeing different things in other markets Henry, or just feeling stuff, but in my home market Henry there is no data flashing red or even yellow: What i shared here is the monthly too, what many consider the "ugly" view as it shows the seasonal adjustments.Not only is price holding up, but both sold dollar and price per sqft is holding up.
