I’m collecting 1945.00 per month while having a property manager take care of the property at 8% so technically I would be a first time home buyer correct?

I am just confused as to why some investors buy these kinds of homes?  

That said, STR's can still cashflow in 2025 and beyond but you will need to choose a market that is not totally saturated and do your analysis carefully.
