@Mike Milano The question is not about the safety of application, the question behind the question is: will this primer "seal in place" the lead paint without any EPA violation against the lead being friable, also will it not disturb that lead paint/chip when it is applied, I know for a fact that rollers and paint brushes can chip out paint especially when epoxy or even simply paint is applied, there is a viscosity factor when you start applying it, therefore if you have a chipped paint and you roll it with something viscous, then you are potentially spreading the lead based paint.

I’ll be supplying my own vacuums (thanks Avery) and guest consumables (toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, shampoo, conditioner, soaps, etc) and the cleaner will provide their own cleaning supplies (cleaning sprays, mops, brushes, etc.).
