Deep clean the whole place, pull the fridge out and vacuum the coils, make sure all drains are working and sanitize them - stop and fill each sink with a mix of hot water, a splash of bleach, and several good squirts of Dawn dish soap.

If I'm paying those prices, I want someone to bring me a drink and clean my dishes.

The Dish company did tell me that even if there is an old dish from the same company that they need to install a new one, which is insane, given that the old dish was put up less than a year ago.

I'm new to RE but it seems to me your cash-flowing properties in IL should look tasty to banks for a cash out refi or heloc which would in turn be foundation for an acquisition in SD.

Youtube is great - you can learn many different things from what neighborhoods look like, how to fix a part on car, make a certain type of dish/meal, understand a concept..etc
