HD for example has a program where they will set up shelving, provide labeled/bar-coded bins, stock specific items that you choose, and check / restock to specified levels periodically.

My only issue with them is they require full payment up front, how this is mandated by the state I don't understand.I've used the HD GC for my primary house and it was how I found the guy that I called back to do some other doors.

(he has a quota)Once you have that, you have just saved money on materials...The way I do it is to have my contractor call in a list of materials to the closest HD... when he arrives to pick up, they call me, e-mail me the paperwork, and I approve using my discount.
