It takes all the emotion out of it if the rules are the rules, like it or not.I would also get a 2nd non refundable pet fee, as well as charge rent for the dogs.

You can not charge rent for a service animal or companion animal.

I know this is a few days late but for title companies I would recommend Charger Title located in Orem (www.chargertitle.com).

You normally charge rent for the real beds in the real bedrooms, and there is an extra bed or two in every house that you don't charge for if the real beds are all paying money. 

I go into her room and she has 2 fans going, an alarm clock, an Iphone charger, all hooked up to the same power strip and (the kicker) her hair dryer. 

I see many turo driven teslas at the super chargers.. when we super charge its like a coffee Klatch we all chit chat  :)  whether its a great investment as a business I don't know but to get a free car sounds pretty cool to me..

Should I just collect the option fee and not charge rent until they officially move in?
