It is a major tech hub in the midwest with large companies like Intel investing $20 billion, Amazon investing $3.5 billion, Google building 2 new data centers: one in downtown Columbus and the other in right outside of U.S. 33 in Lancaster.

Some others are Hubster, Property Hub, and KeyGlee.

San Francisco was never really a tech hub until the mid 2000s. 

They are the hub for current color trends.

I did a van cargo business delivering pallets of car parts and that city is a huge manufacturing part hub with real manufacturing jobs before AI and the robots take completely over.

In Columbus there are multiple areas you can look at that have proximity to major hospital networks. 43206 and 43205 (nationwide children's hospital), 43201, 43215, 43202 (Ohio State Wexner Medical Center 4th largest in the state of Ohio), 43214, 43220 (Riverside Methodist Hospital and 2nd largest in Ohio) are just to name a few. southern Ohio won't have close proximity and Detroit I wouldn't argue is a medical hub.

Some are influencers living in their parents basement with their "command center" of pawn shop bought computers and monitors of which a few are on Porn Hub  24/7 while they shill for Pace and crypto bois.

This geographic location has made it one of the central distribution hubs for many companies here in Florida.

Most lock systems require WiFi and even another hub for smart home signals.

Southpoint (Another major hospital and lots of medical related business (surgical centers, Cancer centers etc.) plus a good hub of business clustered in the area.
