Like I said, in the "what you gonna do" category and I do agree that the OTAs are going to drive far more business than I ever could, even if I'm harvesting guest data diligently and have a good return guest base. 

There is still some food on the table, and your contractor and property manager are the 2 main players that help you harvest it.

I was getting folks living in units periodically, usually during fruit harvest here.  

Pink seems to be a good choice for letters and green and pink for postcards if text...This is the PC I am using lately as an added touch..However I only want HIGHLY motivated callers....

Heck a small yellow or pink Post Card can do wonders for prospecting in large numbers.

Red, blue and pink.

Its about getting them to open it..if there motivated, it wont matter if its pink,orage, blue, green they will call..Just my experience

Oh, and I ordered a batch of pink envelopes to send my letters in.

Make sure that next time you send an orange or pink card not yellow.
