On a 1000 sf home, one guy runs a drum sander (with belts about $80-$100/day rented from Home Depot), one guy runs a hand-held belt sander ($30 at Harbor Freight), and the third guys runs a 6" Rigid orbital sander (about $130 purchase at HD).

I'd try to rent it without it. at most,  go to HD and get a Sutter home or whatever it's called plastic shed for 650 bucks.

They also claim that the Delta faucets they sell are better quality than HD sells because HD wants to keep the price down.

@Jennifer Lin The flooring was the $1.50 sq. ft. or so from HD Home Decorators Collection 12 mm laminate floor, if I remember right.
