I myself have considered carrying a sign at one of those "free" seminars but I do not want to be arrested for "disturbing the peace". 

He was arrested, while out on bail, took my carpeting when cleaning out the house.

We held it rent-to-own $28k @ 12% & the couple completely rehabbed it at their expense. 4 years later when they visited Ohio he was arrested for outstanding OH warrants.

This was really bad, because although the Clients wife speaks English, he does not, and he ended up getting arrested at the scene due to the language barrier.

As per their June directive:  they find you, arrest you, bring to the property, and then shoot you in public view as a deterrent to others.

I like to also add "Have you ever been arrested?

Let the cops handle it as you never know how a parent might react to some guy asking about their kids and following them. that is scary **** and you might end up being arrested - not them. 

this is in our lease regarding prohibited conduct, aka violation of the lease, "criminal conduct, regardless of whether or where arrest or conviction occurs, including but not limited to: manufacturing, delivering, or possessing a controlled substance or drug paraphernalia; engaging in or threatening violence; possessing a weapon prohibited by law; discharging a firearm in the apartment community; or, except when allowed by law, displaying or possessing a gun, knife, or other weapon in the common area, or in a way that may alarm others"I'm no lawyer but the person who wrote this lease is a lawyer, "regardless of whether or where arrest or conviction occurs" leads me to believe that suspicion of illegal activity is enough.

If I am not mistaken landlords in Arkansas can have their tenants arrested when they miss rental payments.Any Arkansas landlords out there who can corroborate this fact?

Maybe you mean there has not been a shooting or an arrest made on the block one a set period of time.
