Based on your info you currently own a home. 

By that I mean is this a single member LLC, and all the info flows to your personal return? 

Ive asked about getting essentially T-12 type info on the assets, but that hasnt been provided thus far.

I would work with the PM company to get a poll out, or since you were there for a long time and working with the tenants directly you should have their contact info and can poll them directly. 

I was trialing both side by side and in the end, the flexibility Stessa offers (like editing tenant contact info, and adjusting lease terms) were a better fit for me.
