I also love Washington Hill (just west of upper fells point) because theres a ton of rehab being done to that neighborhood and I do believe the city will eventually tear down the housing project a few blocks south which is the hub of a lot of neighborhood crime.

I heard the other day google with its investment in sidewalk labs believes Toronto will be the largest tech hub/employer in North America after San Francisco...That being said, all the negative sentiment that we hear in the news is rhetoric.

What I really would like to know is other "hot spots" or "hubs" that renters look for in Cleveland and the surrounding suburbs. 

I've been keeping an eye on the property hub but the others are new to me so thank you for linking me!

I was wanting to copy something a distant aquaintance did in Wichita by using his extra space as a startup hub of sorts - basically let folks apply to use the space and let them use it for free as long as he got a cut of anything they produced or was able to use/try the product. 

If you make people ask their questions here on your post, you will reach far more people than individually answer them in your private messages.I would just make this thread an all-around Q&A hub on all questions wholesaling.
