I can give you referrals to those that sell whole PERFORMING only notes.. although like others states demand outstrips supply.. but you can get a  feel get in the Q and end up with some notes without taking on the risk of a fund or multi beneficiary notes.. both those can be a bear to unwind .Heres to Lido's hub cap ranch !!!!

It is a major tech hub in the midwest with large companies like Intel investing $20 billion, Amazon investing $3.5 billion, Google building 2 new data centers: one in downtown Columbus and the other in right outside of U.S. 33 in Lancaster.Currently, there are only 3 C class areas in Columbus.

To arm you with a little more knowledge, the average 5-year rate of appreciation for Tampa is 9.2%, while the average 5-year rate of appreciation for Orlando is a little lower, at 8.56% That said, Orlando is a tourist hub, so my advice would be if you're looking for something short-term (AirBNB), finding a place in Orlando around the attractions could be the way to go, but if you're looking for a more long-term investment, Tampa may be your best bet.

Realtors are a "hub" and have a pulse on the MLS, so they were my weapon of choice as far as just getting houses to analyze.A hub in graph theory/network theory just means that realtors are connected to a lot of houses, and therefore they have the best chance of having a house in their belt that's a good deal.Beware - realtors don't know anything about investing in properties.
