Should I focus on the hottest neighborhoods and really get to know those areas or should I be looking in any neighborhood and in any area that it's convenient for me to get to where there's a property with a sufficient amount of equity in it for that particular area?

I also recommend connecting with an investor focused agent so they can start presenting you with the hottest deals.

Denver/surrounding communities have been tabbed by Zillow and others as one of the hottest markets in the country for 2016.  

@Caroline Gerardo Austin and Boise were two of the hottest markets in the country leading into the pandemic and through it, so they needed more correction than other markets.

I was shocked since my mixed use building is right near downtown Denver which has been one of the hottest markets for years now, but it is commercial corridor that needs to be revamped.
