There is no hub for work every day and you are out in the field, meaning business doesn't walk in your door to you as a salesperson, you have to go find it.

And look like it will become a rail hub of sort?

My inbound strategy for my local area is creating a educational hub on real estate and just try and draw as much traffic to my site as possible in order to create a large number of back links.

However in my case the pipe CONTINUES further downstream and goes into UNIT C...then D.So I am curious if I do not have a "hub and spoke" configuration, would it work?

I was drawn to Atlanta since it seems to be a pretty good hub for some major corporate headquarters, but as I've done some more research I've gotten more aware that I'm probably too late to the party since the market has been hot for a bit now.  

Regarding Fort Gordon being primarily a Signals training location - that was certainly true for most of its history, but the identity of the Fort has been changing to that of a Cyber hub.  

In our view, DFW has some very unique characteristics most important is middle of the country logistics / transportation hub (great freeway system, rail and DFW airport), HQs for a growing number of companies in diverse industries.  

Muncie in particular has a large regional hospital and a transport hub. 

Memphis is a "super hub" for FedEx and I've tried reaching out to them; there are other online marketplaces for traveling professionals housing, but no dice.
