It will move mountains much more effectively than a shovel.

A lot of young people moving to FL are doing what their parents were always just talking about doing some day, but never did.

Rather than living off my cashflow, I'm saving and re-investing my cashflow just to build up capital”“Recycle that cashflow”I can't wrap my head around this for some reason, but the way I understand it is that every time we get cashflow, we shovel it towards our capital/pile of gold.

I totally understand the change of weather, 50 years of shoveling snow was enough for me.

Also need a shovel ready deal in Austin, ASAP,  to keep the crew busy.  

Appreciation is hit or miss...head to Charlotte or Raleigh and look at their trendier neighborhoods if appreciation and/or flipping is your game.Sure there are better areas for cash flow (on paper), but if I have to shovel snow 5 months out of the year or have my rights infringed upon (we won't go politics), then I'll pass and just stay here in the south.

If it continues to flip to off Call landlord.For the snow I would just gift a snow shovel and/or post a sign outside.

It would be different if you put something there or didn't shovel the snow.

Good spade and a square head shovel is handy too.
