Not sure they could outfit that picture window and it would change the look of the house to have screens on there but they wouldn’t be damaged by a rock.

I live in Memphis, but own very little MF in Memphis, rather we own ours in Little Rock (I own a large portfolio of SF and Commerical in Memphis).

Now the answer to both "how" a person achieves that goal and "what to do" with the liquid capital is the same, and it's so simple and obvious that I am really saddened no one has said this yet: LEVERAGE (boom, mic drop, lol).

Mostly stuff owned by mom an pops......With Ben being as big of a fan as he is, I am saddened that he made this misstep. lol.....Well there's a reason I've sold over $200M and have cornered the space in the Cleveland market to the point where there is no real competition for the turnkey experience other than some random fly by night companies that pop up and shut down here and there.
