If they're working with developers, it hopefully means they're not vacuuming up existing SFHs and pricing out retails buyers.

And as a consequence of COVID-19 many other industries such as supermarkets, shopping centers, restaurants, airlines, hotels, airports are suspending their workers and / or cutting working hours.

You do have your lifestyle to think about so don't look at this in a numbers vacuum.

Im not 100% on whether you can deduct your time but you can at least deduct alot of cost incurred doing this work like gas, cleaning supplies, rags/whatever else you used to clean, vacuum and I would think of adding all those little things that are to easy to throw on when giving back security deposit back to make up for your time and expenses.
