And, I don't know TX law, so I'm not sure if there would be any difference as to the specific rules that may be different in TX, but, it's an old law from merry old England that made it's way to the US, so odds are there is some version that would apply to you in TX.

I think Colorado is probably still slightly less, and N.Carolina seems less still.Don't get me wrong there is nothing in the world better than autumn in New England, my friend just posted photos of her at the beach on Cape Ann, it's awesome, but I just wonder how long the explosive prices can continue.I think the suburbs especially ones with walkable downtowns and cute restaurants may have become relatively underpriced compared to the 3 decker play.None of this is sour grapes: I benefited from the biotech, medical, university play in Boston for some years.

I finished my apprenticeship ten years ago in England and I now want to pass on as much of what I learnt to people here in the US.There is an estimated shortfall in construction workers of over 15m nation wide, alongside that, I see that when people begin to lose more jobs to automation they will look to re-train and perhaps take a career in construction.I want this program to hang and open many doors for as many people as possible.
