I heard it said once that going to court to battle something is like two fighters at the ultimate fighting championships.  

I want to know they are fighters so I know I am secure during the hard times.  

@John Thedford I've never been there, and I have a colleague who is a volunteer fire fighter/videographer (interesting combo) who records the show every year.

BTW, I have no conflict of interest, I am not a realtor, I will not try to sell you anything, I am simply a 62 yr old man who flew fighters for the USAF (20yrs), built a financial planning practice (20yrs, and sold it) and now consider myself a successful multi-family real estate investor, who likes sharing my experiences especially to young individuals who can most benefit from my advice.

There is a school impact fee, a police and fire fighters impact fee, and many others on each newly constructed home. 

The only ways I can find them right now is by using:- Google Alerts- Fire Department Instagram - Local crime alert websitesI tried to ask the fire department, but the fire fighters had no idea. 

I've had to higher a personal assistant to get must of my stuff done on active duty (currently a fighter pilot).

She is a fighter though and wont quit ever so I am thankful for that too. 

I wish mine was with a fighter, but how about a throwback 10 years to when cell phones were small enough to carry on our belts...
