I envision some 90 year old lady lived here and the property is just frozen in time.

@Keegan Burmark Keep in mind that during financial crashes LOCs tend to get frozen. 

A frozen pizza I made the other night needs 425. 

Every pipe / joint pretty much  was frozen and burst in that period from Feb through June 2016.
