For more beat up homes, this sometimes attracts more of the party crowd who may be slightly harsher on the property and you might be taking a lot of security deposits haha....

Yours is an apartment (perhaps more single renters) so I thought harsher weather may not be an issue.

Also, get an external site as soon as you can and drive your FB traffic there.

You might want to check in your area if a looping external camera that goes to a cloud online is allowed and can be installed on a light post,etc. in your yard.5.

If it were my kids and there was bad water I would own you right now and take it to court versus fighting you over 700 bucks and then have the judge throw down a harsher punishment.
