I trust your post is in jest, but I have had people put 'for sale' signs in the yard on properties I own and steal and vandalize property I own, so can't advocate your enthusiastic endorsement of criminal intent.

As far as the detached duplex goes, there are endorsements within one policy that will cover it all under one policy.
