@Jennifer Fernéz Low money down plus weak credit is a bit of a double whammy but not insurmountable.

People are busy with their lives, families and jobs and for them to do it on there own can be an insurmountable task for some and they end up not doing anything at all.

I think you buy in 2020-2025, and look at it versus 2040 the insurmountable issue of supply will make the net growth significantly higher yield wise.

I'm not saying that anyone deserves poverty, and who knows what extraordinary challenges an individual might have faced in their lifetime, but in the U.S. poverty often represents the summation of an individual lifetime of choices and is does not always reflect the presence of insurmountable obstacles.This decision is yours to make because you have sacrificed to put yourself in the position that you have.

This isn't insurmountable. 

Mine are about 12k Those yearly numbers just feel insurmountable, whether 144k or 240k.
