If you want to grow your money quickly, you are more likely going to need the benefit of someone else's years of building a system (like Jeff Brown's, though I'm neither endorsing him nor anyone else), because you no longer have the luxury of time to build it yourself.

Also, the deductibles I experienced were in the $5,000 range so a separate tool policy or inland marine endorsement may be appropriate if you supply some tools/materials but not enough to warrant filing a claim given the deductible.
