Its an long & a bit of an odd off ramp off the interstate there and technically the land is between the Interstate and the off ramp.   

The Constitution gives the Feds control of interstate commerce, which includes highways, airports, rail lines, sea ports, pipelines and more.

I finally succumbed to the notion that people deserve privacy, I got a great deal on some without cords (in case a family with children ever rents the place) and with a lifetime warranty, so, hopefully, it was one and done. 

I have a GFCI outlet installed under the sink and then put a cord on dishwashers so that they are easy to unplug and slide out for service/replacement.
