There is an outlet near the window so I'm thinking the ideal product would be a temperature sensing vent fan.

@Quandra Adams  "technically" the baseboard units might have a built in thermostat - which is different than a thermostat that you can stick on the wall to control the temperature of the area. 

Because cardio doesn't make you wealthy and is not relevant to wealth building anymore than the temperature of the room you are sitting in is.

You have to be more creative to find them, no question, but there are people out there in a bind looking for you to bring a solution, regardless of market temperature or "bubbles".  

I grew up in a small town, can handle a rifle, field dress a deer and fix my own rentals, and weld circles around most people.  

Many water districts still don't allow this, alas my houses are in 1 area, in 2012 the water district canceled our water "use" rights and welded a cap on our well. $13k later we had a water line.

From what my attorneys have told me, the sheriff's office is prevented from doing lockouts when the outside temperature drops to a certain level.

Over the course of the year, the temperature typically varies from 43°F to 73°F and is rarely below 36°F or above 82°F.  

There is a better standard for best practice that includes:- Taking temperature of people.

We do get strong winds where I am, but mostly it is extreme temperatures and snow.
