Then I use a dc to ac power inverter in my truck along with an extension cord to run the spin/drain cycle on the washer. 

All three areas are great rental markets due to their proximity to major interstates.

And had to more securely attach some surface mounted electric boxes so that the box wouldn't be pulled off the wall when a cord was removed (yeah, they were that loose and walls were masonry / concrete block).

Local amenities abound and the property is serviced by a newly refurbished power cord connecting it to the ceiling.
