Some of my Turnkey operator clients did the rental guarantee insurance and that company made it about 12 to 18 months before they folded as claims ran them out of money..

Absolutely within an hour.The bigger issue is two fold.1) having the right script2) understanding things like pacing, mimicking, positive /negative reinforcements, embedded commands and the use of silence.IMHO learning telephone technique is as important as learning how to put a deal together..

(Whereas a business may fold if not meeting its costs)I am mostly a longterm B&H person.
