Doing an addition at one of my properties so I hit HD & Lowes as soon as they open, get in get out. 

Pay for HD photos that put your place in the best light.

Get a seam ripper from Lowes or HD and take the siding off.

I would refinish those (you can paint with cabinet paint or there are kits you can buy at HD that are pretty decent), new counter tops (I use epoxy a lot), and update the flooring.  

Do you rely on primary vendors (BMC, McCoy's, Eastside, Lowe's, HD), have runners, let subs handle, or use another service (RenoRun, TommyRun, courier)? 

@Ashley Knodel Assuming you have Lowes or HD in Canada or something equivalent the cheapest appliances in our area are when those big box stores have their sales.

I assume you personally attempted to repaint it using a HD/lowes kit?

Contracts are not used to buy paint at HD, contracts are used to purchase assets or maybe hire a PM.

This box has saved me a number of times from having to run out to Lowe's/HD right in the middle of fixing something where you need a p-trap extension just an inch longer than the one that's there. 6.

@Chris Bingham if you contact the HD or Lowes manufacturer directly (most take online orders) you can customize the door size.
