Although the 2020 Indiana General Assembly Session inserted language in Senate Bill 148 prohibiting the City of Indianapolis from adopting such ordinance requiring the Notice, Indiana Governor Eric Holcomb vetoed SB 148 on March 25, 2020.

With the Y/N results, we simply created a new tab in our prospect lists in excel and used a VLOOKUP formula to insert the Y/N in a new column next to each number.

So I have a general rule with tenants 2 srikes and your out - as in "I’ll pay on the 6th" (insert excuse) "oh I’ll pay the 15th" (insert excuse ), if 16th comes along and rent isn't paid  then I evict .
