@Dave Godfrey ,Not sure who you have yours set up with, but I had VERY good service from UDirect IRA services ( www.udirectira.com ) who also refereed me tokkoslawyers.com (Mark Kohler's firm if you are familiar with him) where I worked with Jarom to set up a 3 member LLC that my 2 partners and I are all investing with our SDIRAs.

I believe this is a 403BShe also has a 'side job' of refereeing sports games where she teaches - the pay for this does NOT have any taxes withheld and she is considered a 'contractor' for this.

I will either advise that they try doing that because I have made a business decision not to be their referee OR I will ask them how old they are and whether they have tried calling their Mom for advice first.I tick my tenants off sometimes because I finally decided a few years ago not to get involved in their drama.
