Originally from Cleveland, OH, I moved to DC after I got out of college (Ohio State) and I am still an Indians/Cav/Browns fan!

Same story in Indian Village Burns /Fischer streets share alley with some of Detroit's best houses on one side and some of the worst on the other.

It is in one of the nicest historic neighborhoods in Detroit (Indian Village) so a vacant lot is surprisingly hard to come by. 

We are flooded with Chinese and Indian 'bigger pockets" here.  

Pete to Clearwater but mostly Indian Rocks Beach) is our favorite place in the US and we are looking for a duplex to rehab and hold for rental over there.
