Curious are you recruiting or do you make that commute to Fayetteville aka. 

I own a Recruiting Agency, direct hire, perm placement.

You are buying a bed and events venue that will sink or swim based on your ability to self develop local marketing for : weddings, corporate dept getaways, mastermind meetings, anniversaries, birthday parties, religious getaways, sports recruiting events, sales conferences, corporate team building, family reunions, off site tailgate parties,etc.

Also I recruit mailmen (I guess mailpersons is the PC term?)

My background is in HR and recruiting and the idea of sourcing and screening tenants is so interesting and exciting to me!

I asked some agents at a recruitment/team meeting and they said to co list with someone who has done it before.

You don’t recruit vendors based on who is closest.

My only issue being the fact that I’m out of a job for the first time in my life but it should be temporary considering I’m already being recruited by a few companies.

Are you doing recruiting all through networking, running adds, or something else? 

I was pitched twice before on them and had a very strong negative opinion because those pitches were ham-handed and focused solely on the "recruit your way to wealth".I decided to give them an objective look, ignoring the recruiting bit and found that I just made more money with EXP than any of the others.
