Whats your angle in this climate of low cap rates and high anti-landlord/rent control tide?

The challenges in IL are you have to deal with anti-landlord politicians, high taxes and poor handling of key issues like crime and COVID.

I bet it will be at some point down the road though....I say this as a guy who has installed solar (myself) on one of our places to make an off-grid getaway, so I'm not anti-solar, just pro common sense.

City of San Diego has passed anti STR regulations that start next summer.  

Other companies I know of stay within the anti-solicitation rules by avoiding mentioning anything about the investments and service on the web.

While I'm generally anti license for anything, where the license exists it's frustrating to see those without breaking the law and reaping the benefits.

Yup going to be interesting to see how  the HOW to wholesaler guru's handle the anti wholesaling laws sweeping the land.IL just made it very clear you need a license.. also generating a POF when you really don't have funds that's just flat out fraud..
