I am an active Options Trader, long considered one of the most risky trading/investing things out there and I would NEVER even consider doing such, not-a-chance. 

The few that do stick around, most get it=n, see how much work it is, and move on to Bitcoin, selling cruises or become travel agents.

My advice about the folks that know nothing is for the 97-99% of folks on here; pay down consumer debt, buy your primary house full cash, invest in "passive" stuff like 60% etfs, 10% gold, 30% bitcoin and relax.

While he trades CRE is almost like a day trader, he keeps buying and selling property very fast for an asset that's not in his expertise/level.

I don't understand bitcoin so haven't bought any.

I think that the guy they collared for Bitcoin fraud may be another example because the Bitcoin he bought illegally actually appreciated.
