The 5 years is just the loan period you use with your investor to procure the $30k, assuming you use investor money. 

Jaylin, Great work on those two properties, can you describe how these house hacks functioned for you and how you were able to procure the deal, house hack, and make it into an investment?

Not sure why you feel that is a ridiculous concept unless you much rather see foreign entities and developers procuring farmland for other ventures. 

I suspect there is a ton of this going on in the industry and when the litigation flies that is a something that will be pursued who was the procuring causes and did they get comp and could they legally take comp.  ???
