There is need for rent by the room for college students but then you need to be within walking distance to the school or have enough parking.

Congratulations on graduating college with a marketable degree. 

There a plenty of student organizations you should get involved with at The Ohio State University.

Many students and their family and friends have money in these.

Hey Robel, bird dogging can be a solid entry point in college because it gives you reps talking to owners and spotting opportunities without needing capital.

I would only pay off the minimum on the student loan debt.

I'm going to college after HS to be a youth pastor but I want money as well.I see that MHP have the potential cash flow really well and there's a lot of upsides.Can anyone tell me about their process to purchasing a MHP and how they got the capital to get started.Or if you have any advice on how to get your first deal that's something other than a traditional buy and hold property.
