Holds up very well

Invested many years ago in the Trail Creek project…several years of flat valuations then Crickets, nada, zippoI was hoping for a response, with fingers crossed, to an email I just sent last week….

What my partner and I were thinking was, "We've done well in this industry before, and want to tackle a bigger project.

The self management route seems to be something a lot are doing well at.

Whether it was blocked for repairs or family use there is no way other than if the jurisdiction required specific information when you pay city, county or state tax and cross check it.

I noticed this today as well 11/11/2025 .

That said, someone with good knowledge and hustle can do well.
