We have website, SEO, Billboard, google Ads, Bus seats, covered.If you're not in Self Storage, what RE industry trends are you seeing in your consolidator or Advertising methods?

We upgraded our website at a cost of about $2,000; we initiated a SEO program cost of which is $300 or so monthly, and we initiated an email campaign cost of $275 monthly.  

Unfortunately social media has become a tool that's made it easier for many of these investment companies to get in front of their targets and suspect they invest heavily in SEO services  to get in front of the desired clients (those who lack the sophistication or resources/ability to conduct proper diligence).

I’ve even seen investors go from getting a couple organic leads a month to double-digit leads just by locking in on this one phrase.Curious to hear from other wholesalers:Have you ever focused on SEO for one core keyword in your market?
