I was in a depo with a flipper i funded that I had to sue for non performance.. and the his attorney pulls some internet posting about me being some big bad lender and terrible person etc etc and of course had no idea who it was as I dont do business out in the public domain I only do business or fund deals for a very select few who can do volume etc..
