Builders like Mattamy are giving extremely good incentives to buyers.

If you take it to the extreme I’d like to see an interest only loan option that had a competitive interest rate, I mean I do like principle pay down, but I like cash flow better, and in the end equity gain is where the really money is, so any tool that would allow me to use more leverage and reduce risk by increasing liquidity is better for me. 

Do not buy real estate without a clear plan of execution unless you’re extremely seasoned and buying A+++ located real estate.

If they end up refusing to sign a lease, then it's my understanding I would have grounds to cancel the booking through Airbnb and they would back me up since the terms of booking my property were not satisfied.
